Baaaaadaaaaaasssss.....these are awesome. These look like you're taking a step in the right direction with these guys. Much more "usable" in a portfolio, and doesnt seem ike it was made just as personal work, or a study, which is my bigest problem now too.
my personal favorite would be the heads though, its always awesome to see multiple takes on the same design element, and something i think employers love as well, the more options the better...
